According to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, biological parents don't matter!
Just because you are a good, decent, loving parent DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN HAVE YOUR CHILD if somebody else wants him or her!
READ the PA S.Ct. "opinions" (especially the so-called "Concurring Opinion") then write to the Governor of the State of Pennsylvania and let him know what you think about Pennsylvania's "family friendly" judicial policies.
Then, if you have your kids, go grab them and hide them, before the STATE decides you CAN'T have them anymore!
