ACTIVISM

IF YOU ARE IN ACTIVE LITIGATION OR
HAVE BEEN THE TARGET OF EGREGIOUS JUDICIAL DECISION-MAKING...
And you are pro se, in propria persona, or in pro per (i.e., you're representing yourself), AND the judge in your case makes a decision which clearly violates your statutory or constitutional rights to a meaningful and reasonable relationship with your children,

DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT!

REMEMBER THIS:

JUDGES ARE CIVIL SERVANTS HIRED TO DISPENSE JUSTICE
ACCORDING TO THE LAW!

If you get a bad decision, do the following IMMEDIATELY...

Move for File an Petition for
RECUSAL APPEAL IMPEACHMENT

We recommend this course of action only if you are pro se, since most attorneys will NOT directly take on the judge they have to appear before the next day. Requesting a judge's recusal (disqualification from hearing a case due to bias or prejudice against one of the parties) tends to annoy, irritate and anger these arrogant civil servants, and can further sway a case against you and your children. If you are representing yourself and losing anyway, what have you got to lose? Recusal requests do WORK. You get a bad judge off the case and possibly a better one on it.

IF YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL CIVIL RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED...
The U.S. and all State Constitutions have provisions for the protection of individual civil rights. Among these inalienable rights is the right to family relationships -- the liberty interest in your own family.
If you have been unjustly deprived of your right to a "family relationship" with your own children, and your children have been unscrupulously deprived of their right to a meaningful relationship with you by a corrupt judge and the other worker bees and leeches of The Misery Industry® -- Guardians ad litem, evaluators, mental health examiners (i.e. witchdoctors), visitation supervisors, and all the other frauds who found a great way to make a grand living by destroying your children and you --

DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT!

FILE A CIVIL RIGHTS ACTION IN FEDERAL COURT!
IT'S EASIER THAN YOU THINK.
