New and "Uncategorizble!"
Bill's Arena
From the site:
"Right about now you may be wondering 'Have I stumbled across something important?' I am going to respond to that, 'Yes you have.' This is a site for kids, run by a kid. I am me, Bill, Age 14, a son of a divorced couple, hereby known as the great Billsarena. My parents split in 2000, that stunk. Finally I am doing something about it, well, kind of. You see, a while back I posted up a site, a really bad one, but none the less a site under this domain name. It was about me, a smug encoated web site. Well, I am finally doing something."
Check it out. You won't be sorry.
This list of links to related organizations is far from comprehensive. Many of the sites listed have their own extensive compilations of links. Lack of a "blurb" does not indicate lack of endorsement — just lack of time! BOOKMARK THIS PAGE then check them all!
There is a preponderance of "fathers" groups in this list. There is an obvious reason for this. Nationwide between 90% and 93% of contested and non-contested "custody" cases are resolved in favor of the mother — regardless of the age of the child — not "joint" or "shared" parenting. This judicial bias and corruption has resulted in an epidemic of fatherless children, made that way by judicial fiat and pure state force, the effects of which are well documented and available to anyone who reads the newspaper. In our unrequited view, justice for children of divorce means having BOTH parents in their lives.
A-TEAM
The A-Team is made up of Lawyers, Trial Consultants, Psychologists, Medical Doctors and others assembled to help those wrongly accused of child abuse, domestic violence, date rape, sexual harassment and other gender crimes. And also child custody cases.
Alliance for Non-Custodial Parents Rights (ANCPR))
Excellent resource for PRO SE information and options relating to custody
and visitation. Large selection of LEGAL services and research.
Custody Reform
From the Custody Reform web site:
Our Mission
Simply stated, our mission is to be the best parents we can be.
Our Purpose
The purpose of this site is to help eliminate the barriers to
accomplishing our mission. Some of these barriers are in the form of:
Family & Youth Institute
"The mission of the Family and Youth Institute, `FYI', is to provide educational and other resources to family members who feel that their constitutional and/or civil rights are being, or have been, violated by governmental authorities during domestic dissolutions where child sexual abuse has been alleged."
Family Advocacy Center
From the FAC Home Page:
"You have just been accused of abusing or neglecting your child. You have no idea where this accusation came from. Your first impulse is to cooperate with the social worker. After all, you have nothing to hide. And so . . the nightmare begins. . ."
The Fatherhood Coalition
"CPF - The Fatherhood Coalition advocates for the institution of fatherhood, encompassing the full range of human behaviors and endeavors that flow from the father-child relationship. We work to promote shared parenting and to end the discrimination and persecution faced by divorced and unwed fathers."
A very active and effective organization dedicated to the rights of fathers to their own children and to equality under the law for divorced parents, especially fathers, who've been targeted by the corrupt judicial system, and by the abuse of "abuse" laws.
The Fatherhood Coalition is one of the plaintiffs in a recent federal civil rights anti-discrimination suit against Massachussetts judges for their alleged bias and prejudice against fathers in cases of domestic abuse allegations.
Highly recommended.
Father's and Children's Equality
New Jersey based organization. Lots of useful information: "Our primary goal is fighting for equal parental access for children of New Jersey parents. We can also offer assistance for a Non-Custodial Parent (NCP) living in New Jersey who has children in another state."
Fathers' Rights of Nebraska
"A non-profit organization of parents, mostly fathers, who seek to change the laws and general impressions of society about child custody, child support, visitation, and the rights of being a parent."
MassOutrage
"MISSION STATEMENT: To expose the tyranny and dirty tricks
inflicted on the people of Massachusetts by its social workers, courts,
government agencies, and criminal justice system, and provide information
you need to fight back." Site maintained by Attorney Gregory A. Hession,
J.D.
Pennsylvania Family Court Reform (Pennsylvania Chapter of CCJ)
"As you probably figured out from the title of this web site, the
author lives in Pennsylvania and is facing an UNCONSTITUTIONAL family
court system. There is a tremendous need for change in the Family
Court System as it pertains to divorce, custody, and child support not
only in Pennsylvania, but nation wide. Since I live in Pennsylvania,
I am going to start here and try to gain the attention of our ELECTED
officials. (Contrary to popular belief, it is NOT elected
Representatives and Senators that make the domestic relations laws in
Pennsylvania, it is all done by judges and lawyers behind closed
doors). The people that are elected should be the ones making up fair
legislation with public hearings so that whatever the courts may
impose is fair to both parents in a relationship that did not work out
especially when children are involved."
World Wide Web Virtual Library
"The VL is the oldest catalog of the web, started by Tim Berners-Lee, the creator of html and the web itself. Unlike commercial catalogs, it is run by a loose confederation of volunteers, who compile pages of key links for particular areas in which they are expert; even though it isn't the biggest index of the web, the VL pages are widely recognised as being amongst the highest-quality guides to particular sections of the web."
Latest developments in the Parental Alienation Syndrome
Two major articles of importance by
Forensic Psychologist, Deirdre Conway Rand, PhD
The American Journal of Forensic Psychology, 1997
"The Spectrum of Parental Alienation Syndrome"
PsyCare Foundation
Homepage of Douglas Darnall, Ph.D.
"PsyCare, Inc. is forming the PsyCare Foundation to promote education,
research and community support for the people we serve in the Mahoning
Valley. The foundation and this web site are still under construction.
We hope to address issues that are not always popular or politically correct.
Instead, we want to stimulate debate and research on important issues affecting
today's families, to learn from other's experiences and try to influence
social policies based upon empirical research and objective findings."
Domestic Violence Against Men -- Colorado
"We do not condone violence but argue that it is more commonly and broadly propagated by denying civil liberties than controlled.
"Arrests without a warrant, forcing citizens from their homes with nothing more than the clothes on their back, searches of their homes without a warrant, mandatory arrests on nothing more than hearsay, assuming the accused is guilty, punishment that occurs before a trial or without one, and more, are acts of a police state and the policies of tyrants.
"Those who take the time to read these pages will see that current laws to control "domestic" violence deny the accused virtually every liberty spelled out by the Bill of Rights while doing very little to define or solve the problem."
ABA Publishing Subject Index — Family Law
These are the "people" who make a living off the misery of children and targeted parents. Read their publications on "Child Advocacy and Domestic Violence" and "Family Law." And don't forget — IF THERE IS NO WAR TO BE FOUGHT, THERE IS NO BATTLE TO BE WON. And most family lawyers would be OUT OF BUSINESS!

Parenting: On The Net 3000 Links
Huge compilation of parenting links on virtually any parenting topic you can think of. The site is searchable, too.
Single Parents Network
"Our Mission here is to provide a hub, as you will, that has collectively gathered other web sites, articles, information and support boards and so much more, for any one looking for single parent information.
"We are not JUST about single mothers, or single fathers. We are about the future, our children, we are about people, the family, though broken, still connected through our children. It's about everyone, mothers, fathers, children, counselors, lawyers, non custodial, custodial, shared parents, adult children of divorce, widowed parents. We are about connecting together the resources so that we can make healthy choices."
Findlaw
Vast source of legal information and resources, including U.S. Supreme Court decisions, Federal and state law and lots more.
Versuslaw
"Versuslaw maintains a comprehensive, fully searchable data warehouse, employing a state-of-the-art browser based search engine, in which the user can conduct high functionality searches through text and field tags." Fee-based membership; non-attorney monthly fees are payable by credit card, and are about $11.95.
World Wide Web Virtual Library: Law: Main Index
"A collection of subject related Websites maintained by institutions
throughout the world, each administering a different subject. Material
within the Virtual Law Library is organized by organization type (i.e.
U.S. Government Servers) and by legal topic (i.e. Contracts). There is
also a list of search tools and other comprehensive sites for law."
